Catskill's French Country Butcher Block, with its 3"-thick edge-grain hardwood top, adds a touch of professionalism to the most discriminating kitchen. Legs and skirts have tough Westguard lacquer semi-gloss natural finish.

The French Country Butcher Block is made in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York from solid Northeastern Hardwood, which is not endangered, and is self-replenishing. All scraps are recylced into wood pellet fuel. (Where veneer panels are needed, such as drawer bottoms, these panels are solid plywood and do not contain particle board.)
