This is the "Grand" daddy of Catskill's workcenters! Made of solid domestic hardwood, this heavyweight will command attention in the most discriminating kitchen. The two-inch-thick solid top has an 10-inch-wide drop leaf with heavy-duty supports.

The Grand Workcenter is made in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York from solid Northeastern Hardwood, which is not endangered, and is self-replenishing. All scraps are recylced into wood pellet fuel. (Where veneer panels are needed, such as drawer bottoms, these panels are solid plywood and do not contain particle board.)
