I bought a kitchen island from you after checking the internet and comparing prices and what others had to say. The way it is put together, everything lines up when assembling, the quality of the product, no imitation wood here, its all real, Just had to let you know it's a wonderful product. I did have a problem when I received it, the delivery company had beaten the box up pretty bad and one corner of the top was crushed. When I opened it, so I called and explained what had happened. I was sent a new replacement top within 4 days. Wonderful quality product and exceptional service, will definitely recommend you to family and friends, keep up the good work.

I am so pleased with my purchase of a kitchen island from you. I was so surprised to see this delivered to me within 5 days of my order. The box was packaged so well, with each piece individually wrapped. I was a little intimidated when I saw all of the pieces once taken out of the box, however, it was a piece of cake to put together, with excellent instructions.

I just wanted to tell you that I was impressed by [the Napa Kitchen Center] on all levels. It arrived promptly. It was perfectly packed, with no damage. All the pieces were there (including the extra bolts, etc.--thank you). What's more, the unit was well designed and went together exactly as planned. The fit was excellent. The finish was great.
